projectMENTOR

What is projectMENTOR?

projectMENTOR is a semester-long apprenticeship for middle and high-school students. Students are paired with a professional artist and experience the creative process from concept to sale, learning both the business and artistic aspects of being a working artist. Work sessions are held January through April 2026 and culminate in an end-of-program art exhibition at ARTSPACE in May 2026.

Please note that both a student application AND parent/guardian permission form are required for each student to be considered. All applications and forms are due by October 31, 2025.

Information Sessions

projectART is hosting two information sessions to answer questions about projectMENTOR. While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend both student and parent(s)/guardian(s) attend one session. 

Session 1: Saturday, October 18, 2:30 - 3:30pm

Session 2: Thursday, October 23, 5:00 - 6:00pm

Both sessions will be held at ARTSPACE.
