Applications are now open for projectMENTOR 2027, a free semester-long mentorship program for students in grades 7–12 across the Greater Texas Hill Country.

Selected student artists will be paired with a professional artist mentor to explore a creative medium, develop original work, and learn more about the professional side of being an artist. The program runs from December 2026 through April 2027 and concludes with the projectMENTOR 2027 exhibition at ARTSPACE, where students will have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work.

No previous art experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to create.

Students and parents/guardians interested in participating are invited to apply by October 31.

Attendance at one mandatory information session is required before applying.
