Cancellation Policy

Art Class Cancellation Policy

1. A refund of the full course tuition less a $25 cancellation fee will be issued, if a student is withdrawn from a course at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the initial class period.

-Due to instructor and supply preparation costs, no refunds will be granted to students withdrawn 20 days or less prior to the course start date.

-Exceptions may be made if a student from the waiting list is able to fill the vacancy. In such cases ARTSPACE (projectART Wimberley) will happily refund course tuition less a $25 cancellation fee.



2. If a course class is cancelled by ARTSPACE (projectART Wimberley), enrolled students will be notified as soon as possible.

-In the case of single day courses, a full refund will be offered.

-In the case of multiple day courses, the tentatively scheduled make-up class will be utilized. If additional class times result in cancellation, a pro-rated refund will be offered.



We understand class cancellation can be terribly inconvenient and every effort will be made to avoid these scenarios. In the case of instructor illness, every effort will be made to provide a substitute instructor.
